Terms & Conditions

Please review the latest terms below.

Last updated: April 5, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kesafaris website and any safari planning, quotation, reservation, booking support, or related travel services arranged through our team. By using this website or requesting services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, restrict website access, interfere with site functionality, or misuse content, forms, communication tools, or booking workflows.

3. Quotes and Availability

All itineraries, prices, accommodations, transport plans, park fees, and service inclusions shown on the website or shared in proposals are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking. A quotation does not create a confirmed booking until we issue confirmation and any required payment obligations are satisfied.

4. Pricing

Prices may change due to seasonality, exchange-rate movement, supplier updates, government levies, conservation fees, taxes, park entry revisions, fuel surcharges, or changes to internal flight schedules and third-party operating costs. Where a confirmed booking exists, pricing changes will be handled according to the specific booking terms issued at confirmation.

5. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when we send written confirmation and, where applicable, receive the required deposit or other agreed payment. You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary, traveler names, travel dates, inclusions, exclusions, and all booking details promptly after confirmation.

6. Payments

Payment schedules, deposit terms, balance deadlines, and accepted payment methods may vary depending on itinerary type, supplier requirements, and travel dates. Failure to make payment on time may result in loss of reserved services or cancellation of the booking.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation charges and amendment fees may apply once services have been requested, reserved, or confirmed. Supplier-specific penalties, non-refundable deposits, permit charges, air ticket restrictions, and peak-season conditions may affect the final cancellation amount. Any change request is subject to availability and may result in repricing.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers hold valid passports, visas, vaccination documentation, insurance, and any other required travel documents. You are also responsible for providing accurate traveler information and disclosing any relevant medical, dietary, mobility, or safety-related needs before travel.

9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Coverage should ideally include medical emergencies, evacuation, cancellation, curtailment, baggage, delays, and personal liability appropriate to the trip being taken.

10. Health, Safety, and Safari Conditions

Safari travel involves remote areas, wildlife activity, changing weather, uneven terrain, long driving days, light aircraft logistics, and circumstances beyond ordinary leisure travel. Travelers must follow the instructions of guides, lodge staff, pilots, and local authorities at all times.

11. Supplier and Third-Party Services

We may coordinate services provided by camps, lodges, transport companies, airlines, guides, and other third-party operators. While we work with trusted partners, those services may also be subject to the terms, rules, and limitations of the relevant supplier.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kesafaris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or travel services, including delays, schedule changes, force majeure events, wildlife movement, weather disruption, border restrictions, third-party failures, or losses outside our reasonable control.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, layout, branding, graphics, itineraries, and curated written material is owned by or licensed to Kesafaris. Content may not be copied, republished, scraped, distributed, or commercially reused without prior written permission.

14. User Submissions

If you submit inquiries, reviews, testimonials, uploaded content, or feedback through this website, you confirm that the information is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may use legitimate submissions for service delivery, customer support, or operational communication.

15. Privacy

Use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. The latest published version will apply from the date it is posted unless otherwise stated.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws governing the operations of Kesafaris, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise for a specific traveler or transaction.

18. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact Kesafaris before making a booking or relying on information published on the website.
