Day 2 Exploration
Day 1 - Nairobi to Masai Mara: You will start your safari from Nairobi and drive to the Masai Mara, with the first stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, where you can take in the views of the escarpments and the valley floor. Continue with the scenic drive, stopping at Narok town or at the camp to enjoy your hot lunch. Check in, and the rest of the afternoon is scheduled for relaxation. You may opt to visit the Maasai Village, then return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 Exploration
Day 2 - Masai Mara Experience: After breakfast, you will proceed on a full day of wildlife viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network, which allows for close-range viewing and photography. Enjoy the game drive in search of the Big Five (rhino, elephant, lion, leopard and buffalo), including other wildlife and bird species. The driver-guide will help you set up a safe place to enjoy your picnic lunch. Later, you'll continue with the game drive before you head back to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 Exploration
Day 3 - Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru: Have your breakfast, followed by the optional activity of visiting the Maasai village if you did not participate on the first day. Learn about their culture by engaging with the warriors as they sing their war songs and participate in traditional dances. After the visit, proceed to Lake Nakuru, stopping for lunch en route. You will have views of Mount Longonot from afar. At Lake Naivasha, you will also stop for the optional boat ride to witness hippos and the fish eagles. Later, proceed to your hotel in Nakuru for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5 Exploration
Day 4 - Lake Nakuru to Nairobi: Have breakfast, then proceed for the morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is known for a rhino sanctuary, with both white and black rhinos. Enjoy the epic view of buffaloes, crocodiles, and hippos in their day-to-day activities. Visit the Baboon Cliff for a clear view of the park. Enjoy a variety of Kenyan wildlife, including the birdlife in the park, such as flamingos, and then depart to Nairobi with lunch en route. You will be dropped off at the city center.
