Day 1 Exploration
Arrival (See Getting There for more details) - Arrival (See Getting There for more details): You'll be collected from the airport. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
Day 2 Exploration
Day 1 - Nairobi -Masai Mara National Reserve: Your safari will kick start with a pickup from your hotel in Nairobi. Your day will begin at about 7:30 am depending on your pick up location. Heading out towards the day’s destination, the drive to Masai Mara will be covered in about 6 hours. Along the way you will have a small stopover at the viewpoint to see the great depression of the Rift Valley. You will reach Masai Mara National Reserve by noon, just in time for lunch at the camp. You will then have an afternoon game drive.
Day 3 Exploration
Day 2 - Masai Mara National Reserve: After an early breakfast with a picnic lunch, you will spend a full day exploring this unique park which forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. You have the chance to visit the Mara River that's at the border of Masai Mara and the famous Serengeti National Park where there is concentration of many animals especially at the time you will be traveling. All meals and your overnight stay will be at the the camp.
Day 4 Exploration
Day 3 - Masai Mara National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park: After early breakfast optional visit masai village and boat ride on the way to Nakuru afterwards, depart to Lake Nakuru with a picnic lunch on the way arriving in the evening. There is no evening game drive. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Buraha Zenoni Resort.
Day 5 Exploration
Day 4 - Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha: After an early breakfast, spend the morning in Lake Nakuru National Park where you have a chance to see flamingos among other birds (about 350 species recorded). This is also home to the black and the white rhinoceros. The park has also been established for the protection of endangered species such as rhinos and is also home to Columbus monkeys, leopards, giraffes, and a variety of plain antelope. Afterwards, depart to nearby Lake Naivasha with a picnic lunch on the way. You'll have an optional evening boat ride on Crescent Island. Later, have dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Chambai safari.
Day 6 Exploration
Day 5 - Lake Naivasha - Nairobi: After an early breakfast, proceed to Hells Gate National Park where you will have a chance to visit the Geothermal Power Plant in Ol Karia and the Hot Springs. This is the only park that allows transport by walking and cycling. There is an optional visit to Cresent Island for a boat ride where you watch hippos and other wild animals. Later, have lunch and after lunch depart to Nairobi arriving at 5:00 pm for a drop off at your hotel.
